Troubleshooting

Start with the dashboard’s Overview page — it checks your server and lists anything missing. In Discord, admins can run /support for the same check.

Commands don’t show up

Wait a minute after adding the bot, then restart Discord. Check Server Settings → Integrations → Rovik in case commands are hidden for some roles or channels, and the dashboard’s Commands page in case they’re turned off.

The bot can’t give a role

Drag the bot’s role above that role in Server Settings → Roles, and make sure the bot has Manage Roles.

Welcome messages or auto role don’t work

Check the channel still exists and the bot can post there. These features need Discord’s Server Members intent; if the bot owner hasn’t enabled it, they can’t work.

AutoMod isn’t removing messages

Make sure AutoMod and that rule are on, and the bot has Manage Messages in the channel. Staff and the owner are never checked — test with a normal account.

Deleted messages show no text in Logs

Discord only gives bots a message’s text if the bot saw it being sent. Messages from before the bot last started can’t be shown.

Twitch alerts don’t post

If the dashboard says the bot owner hasn’t added Twitch keys, alerts can’t post yet. Otherwise use Send a test alert — if that fails, it tells you why (usually channel permissions).

Server Setup is slow

Discord limits how fast bots can create channels and roles. The progress page says when it’s waiting. It carries on by itself, even after a restart.

I don’t see my server in the dashboard

You need Manage Server there. If you just got it, click ↻ Refresh on the server list.
