Click Add to Discord, pick your server, and approve the permissions. You need the Manage Server permission in that server.

Open the dashboard, log in with Discord, and pick your server. Anyone with Manage Server can change settings there. Many settings also have commands, like /setup, /automod, /xp settings and /points settings.

It only lists servers where you have Manage Server (or Administrator, or you own it). If you just got that permission, click Refresh on the server list.

Give Discord a minute after adding the bot, then restart your Discord app. Also check Server Settings → Integrations → Rovik — admins can hide commands from some roles or channels there.

No. AutoMod and Levels start off in every server so nothing changes by surprise. Turn them on in the dashboard or with /automod toggle and /xp settings.

Turn it on under Verification & raids, pick a Verified role and a channel, and post the Verify message. Then click Hide channels until verified so new members only see that channel until they click Verify. You can add a short code, an “Are you 18 or older?” question and a minimum account age. Show them to everyone again puts every channel back exactly how it was.

When lots of people join at once (you pick how many), the bot pauses invites, raises the verification level, and alerts your staff with an End lockdown button. It ends by itself after the time you set, and everything goes back to how it was. Staff can also use /lockdown.

Discord only tells bots what a message said if the bot saw it being sent. Messages sent before the bot last started only show which channel they were in.

By chatting (once a minute, so spam doesn’t help) and by being in voice chat with at least one other person who isn’t deafened. The AFK channel doesn’t count.

In Server Settings → Roles, drag the bot’s role above the roles it should hand out, and make sure it has Manage Roles.

Check that AutoMod is on, the rule is on, and the bot has Manage Messages in that channel. Staff (Manage Messages or Timeout Members) and the server owner are never checked.
