Analytics & weekly report
See how your server is doing — who’s chatting, who’s joining and staying, and when it’s busiest — on the dashboard, and get a short report once a week.
The Analytics page
On your server’s dashboard, open Analytics. Switch between the last 7 days and 30 days; every number is compared with the period before.
- Members and how the count changed, plus joins and leaves.
- Messages and how many different members were chatting.
- Stayed a week — of people who joined, how many were still there 7 days later.
- Busiest hours (in UTC) and busiest channels, so you know when to post announcements or run events.
- Getting started — how far new members got through the checklist (if you use it).
- Moderation & support — AutoMod removals, warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, tickets and voice joins.
Hover over a bar or point to see its exact number, or open Show the numbers as a table.
Counting starts when the bot is in your server, so the page fills in over the first few days. The bot keeps 60 days.
The weekly report
At the bottom of the Analytics page, pick a channel to post it in, the day to send it, and whether to also DM it to the server owner. It arrives around 9am US Central and covers the last 7 days: members, messages, who stayed, the busiest channel, moderation, and up to three things worth fixing in your setup.
What’s counted
Numbers only: how many messages per channel and hour, which members were active that day (to count them once), joins, leaves, voice joins and commands. The bot never saves what people say. You can switch counting off on the Analytics page.
